Process improvement is iterative, meaning that it takes numerous tries to develop a foolproof plan for carrying out a transformation. Your ability to implement change may be hampered by factors such as how to engineer design the product, project delays, or shifting consumer demands.
The PDCA Cycle is one method used to improve the design processes that has proven effective in helping create a sustainable engineered environment to adapt to new circumstances.
To solve an issue, engineers follow what is called the engineering design process, which consists of several steps.
Problem-solving procedures such as outlining your goals and restrictions, creating a prototype, testing it, and evaluating it are included in the steps.
Our students follow the six-stage Engineering Design Process. Contains detailed examples of how engineers might go about creating a new productat each stage.
1) Identify the issue at hand. What exactly is the issue that needs fixing?
Secondly, think of some ideas.
2) Where can I find more details about this issue? What does this data mean, exactly?
3) Third, make a game plan and pick a fix. Can you describe the benefits and drawbacks of each proposal? Is there a clear frontrunner among these potential solutions?
4) Fourth, make the thing. The object will be constructed using the engineers' current knowledge as a guide.
5) The fifth step is to assess the situation. Is the issue now resolved? Is there a better way to make this work?
6) Step Six: Describe the Outcomes. Student Engineers collaborate as they build and develop a solution, discussing their findings and looking for methods to improve upon them.

STEP 2 - DO
IMAGINE : Can you IMAGINATE some potential answers? Think of some options. Pick the top option.
STEP 3 CHECK
PLAN & CREATE : Make a sketch. Prepare a list of what you'll need.
Just do what you've planned and make something. Prove it!
STEP 4 - ACTION
To IMPROVE Oneself, What Works? So, what doesn't work? How can we make this better? Adjust your plan so that it works better. Prove it!
